Copyright of Electronic Books. Digital/electronic books may be reproduced for your classroom use only after you have downloaded the sample or made a purchase. The reproduction of any part of these materials for any other person or organization, including but not limited to an entire school or school system, is strictly prohibited. Except as stated above, no part of any book from Timesavers for Teachers.com may be reproduced or transmitted by any means, electronic or mechanical, without prior written authorization from Timesavers for Teachers.com. Controlling Law:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any cause of action of any nature arising out this Agreement shall be brought in Peel County.
